The second class of the eight class series “Canning and Preserving Safely” with Terri Emrich, a trained Master Food Preserver and owner of Rainier Gardens Farm LLC.
June 28th 6-8pm at the Clatskanie Food Hub, 80 Steele St Clatskanie.
You can register for each class separately or register for them all for $160. 30% of the proceeds go to the Clatskanie Farmers Market 501c3 nonprofit.

Please join us for a series of classes designed to share knowledge and safe practices for canning your own food.  Great for beginners, or just to brush up your knowledge!  You will learn water bath and pressure canning from a trained Master Food Preserver with hundreds of hours of teaching all forms of canning, dehydrating and freezing.
